Every product in this shop was made to solve a problem we encountered in our own laboratory work. They are solutions to specific problems, made by people who use XRD daily.

Low Volume Sample Holders: Often we had to analyse small quantity samples using the original Bruker and Rigaku holders, using either inserts to fill the rest of the recess or even worse, having the sample poorly lumped in the centre of the holder. Our low-volume holders solve this problem and reduce the amount of sample down from ~1.9g down to ~0.4g. Further customisations available.

PMMA Rigaku compatible holders: These came from a recurring frustration with the standard aluminium versions corroding and the recess geometry causing powder loss at higher angles.

Extra Thin Spatulas: Most chemistry research groups will try and grow crystals in NMR tubes, but getting those crystals out once formed is a nightmare for your crystallographer, we customise standard spatulas down to ~2.9 mm to easily fit down the tubes and get the crystals you need.
